Gabriel “Gabe” Rubio is an experienced and proven leader in the Defense Contractor industry, having most recently departed from a very successful technology startup firm to start up Secured Inc. With over 20 years of experience leading and running Computer Network Operations, Gabe brings hands on experience running large scale cyber operations as well as developing the tools and products needed to support these operations. He has led a number of Cyber focused companies, serving as the Senior VP for operations, acting COO and most recently as the CEO of Siege Technologies. Gabe has also ventured into the commercial technology sector, co-owning a cryptocurrency exchange that was purchased by an international financial firm. He specializes in leading edge technology and taking a concept to productization. Gabe served in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Officer before joining the National Security Agency in 2006 where he served in a variety of technical and leadership positions.
