As Vice President of Global Operations for Secured, Pat Blair leads the company’s strategic projects and services lines of business. In this role, he plays a crucial role in propelling Secured’s integrated capabilities in both public and private sectors. Pat is instrumental in devising and executing strategic plans that aim to unearth untapped business prospects and extend the reach of Secured’s expertise.

He brings more than 20 years of security and law enforcement expertise as both a former officer with the Central Intelligence Agency and Police Officer in the Washington DC Metro Area. His transformational leadership experience includes a variety of disciplines: protective operations, risk mitigation, threat management, risk analysis, anti-terrorist force protection, and investigations.

Most recently, Pat was a leader in the Agency’s worldwide security protective operations group, comprised of more than a thousand Staff and Contract Officers. In this lead role, he was responsible for all operational and programmatic aspects of the Agency’s worldwide protective programs focused on armed protection, risk mitigation, and recommendations for Agency personnel and facilities, often in high-risk environments.

Pat has both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security Studies.
